Indianapolis Colts

Okay, call me crazy but I'm writing a post about my absolute favorite football team!

If you remember I posted about the Colts in another Blog post; I was basically talking about the struggle from a season before and about how our Head Coach was battling leukemia. Well I'm happy to report that his cancer is in remission! Man, God is SO good!!

I also said that they could get in the Playoffs. Well, they're in! Finishing the season off strong - beating the Texans 28-16 with Coach P back on the sidelines for the first time since week 3.

I'm telling you it was such a emotional moment; seeing Coach P back on the sidelines. I'm not one to cry - but seeing him back and doing what he loves got me emotional.

This team went out every week and fought to be where they are right now. They never gave up, and just look where they are now. With an 11-5 season they proved every critic wrong. They were ranked 32nd of 32 teams in the NFL. No one thought they'd get as far as they have.

Sunday the Colts travel to Baltimore to play the Ravens - they win there and they go on to play the Denver Broncos.

So next time someone tells you that you can't do something - turn around and say "watch me"

Go out there and prove your critics wrong! You can achieve anything you want to if you believe in yourself.

I know I jumped around a lot in this post; but I hope that whoever is reading this can be inspired by it. I know it sounds silly, but this team has inspired me. This may also sound a bit silly; but every week I would pray - I'd ask God to help this team win games (not for selfish reasons, I promise)

I believe that God has blessed this team; because of their unwillingness to give up and because of their Faith. They wanted to win for Chuck (Coach P) so he could get back out on the field - and they did that!

Again, I know I jumped around a lot; but I had a lot to say. I hope I didn't bore you with my goings-on.
