Fitness Journal - Entry One.

Hey guys!
So, I decided that I was going to make a fitness journal & I was going to share it with all of my wonderful readers. I was actually going to do it everyday; but later decided to do it once a week.

This is actually week three of my fitness journey & by far the best week. Normally by Friday I've got bored or something & just don't do anything. Not this week. Here's how my week went.

Monday: 1:16 plank - 40 Tone It Up Tummy Tucks & :27 side plank

Tuesday: 1:20 plank - 20 Tummy Tucks - 40 bridges - Flat Abs Fast, a routine from Fitness Magazine 2x - along with a 20 minute bike ride for cardio.

Wednesday: I just did cardio. Which was an hour of Just Dance 4.

Thursday: Flat Abs Fast from Fitness Magazine.

Friday: Jessica Smith's Flat Abs at Home & Standing Abs. She's got an awesome YouTube channel JessicaSmithTV if you're interested. Also did an hour of cardio with a combo of biking, walking, & running.

Saturday: I took it easy & did a hip opening yoga routine from Tara Stiles. I'm not a yoga fan, but I've got really really tight hips. Also, I did 20 squats.

Sunday: Today I did 20 crunches - 20 crunch pulses - 20 bicycle crunches & a :48 plank.

Granted not everyday was great, but I still did something.

My goals are to go a whole week without stopping & go hard, & I want to be able to run a mile.

What's to come - my fitness journal.

Hey! Yeah, I know I said I'd do this like almost a week ago. I'm getting it done though.

Okay, so today I thought I'd talk a little about my fitness journey so far (even though I didn't do anything today) and maybe try to motivate myself.

I recently discovered these videos on YouTube that seemed doable. I found they had a site and signed up for their totally free BikiniSeries. Well, I shouldn't say totally free because if you want to sign up for their nutrition plan, you'll have to pay for that. Other than that, their workouts are free, and they give you a weekly schedule of what to do on each day. If you'd like to check them out, just search Toneitup.com or search Toneitup on YouTube.

I did them for four days last week, and for some reason I just stopped on the weekend. This week I did it on Monday- Wednesday but didn't do anything today. I'm going to start back up again tomorrow, but I really need to stop stopping & and just do it. I don't want to have to start over all the time. So, starting next week, I'm going the who week without stopping! Wish me luck.

With six weeks until summer, six weeks people! I need to buckle down and do all the work needed in order to be fit by summer. That means, no more days like today where I just don't do anything. I've gotta find a way to stay motivated.

I really don't want to create another blog, so I'm just going to use this one to keep myself accountable. I'm going to try to update it everyday with the workouts I did that day, and the food I eat.

I think that's all for now, I'll check back tomorrow with a full list of the workouts I did and what I ate.

I know I jumped around a lot, but oh well. I got it posted.

Oh my, its been awhile! April goals report card.

Oh my gosh readers, its been so long since I've posted anything.

Okay, so an update from last months goals, a report card I guess you could say.

So, I took my drivers test & didn't pass :( I'll take it again within the month.

As you can see, I haven't blogged as often as I said I would. I'll get
better.

I finally kicked my Facebook addiction. Woo! So I'm not wasting tons of time on social media.

I haven't been able to hang out with any of my friends. Hopefully soon I can.

I've not even thought about my 18th b-day party.

I haven't read all that much, but I did finish a book I'd been on for awhile.

School is over in 5 days & I don't have to do a project.

I've had some thoughts on college, but nothing concrete yet.

I've been doing pretty good with my photography. I'm super happy with the results I'm getting. You can check out my other blog charliesadventuresinphotography.blogspot.com/?=1  to see some of the pics, and I post them on my Facebook page.

Getting fit, I'm actually doing that! I'll post a separate post with my progress and what I'm using. So, keep an eye out for that!

I'll try to get another post up by the end of tomorrow!
