Fitness Journal - Entry 4

Hey Guys! How was everyone's week?

It's that time again. Ya know, where I tell you all the workouts I did this week. So, here goes (:

Monday: Mailibooty 2x along with 70 squats. Yeah, my legs were on fiyah!

Tuesday: Sunseeker 2x Sunset Abs 1x (3 total rounds in the video) & 75 squats. Let me tell ya, those two routine, they're killer!

Wednesday: Malibooty 1x & Thailand Tush 2x. Oh my gosh, Thai Tush totally kills. My Buns were Burnin'!

Thursday: Ah, Thursday. No workouts today. Went fishing with that fam. Rented a boat and got burnt on my left shoulder. Not fun. At all.

Friday: Again, no workout :( Went to the store. My burn started to really bother me.

Saturday: Went to the gym & walked/ran 2.13 miles!

Sunday: Gonna try to get to the gym again, & get some workouts in! Feeling sluggish & I don't like it.

All these workouts are from Tone It Up.

Fitness Journal - Entry 3

Hey guys!
So, it's Saturday night & I've got nothing to do. So, I'm going to update my blog!

Since this is a Fitness Journal update, it'll be about my workouts this week.

Monday: I did Jessica Smith's Flat abs at home along with 100 squats. My legs were burning!

Tuesday: I did the Tone It Up Malibooty 2x, Sunkissed abs 1x & Blogilaties Kill that muffin top 1x

Wednesday: I did the new Tone It Up routine, St. Topez 1x & 25 burpees. They're killer! Also, I went to Lucas Oil Stadium to watch the Colts practice! Which was awesome!

Thursday: to be honest, I didn't do anything today.

Friday: I did Blogilaties Abs on Fire & 40 tummy tucks.

Saturday: I did the Tone It Up Malibooty 1x, Santorini Bikini 2x & Summer Slim 2x

Sunday: I plan on doing the Tone It Up Sunseeker Routine 3x & Blogilaties Abs on fire.

My Fitness Journal - Entry Two

Hey Guys!
This marks my fourth week! Oh my gosh, I can't believe that I've stuck with something for this long! It may not be the most consistent, but hey, can't complain. Right?

Okay, so here we go.

Monday: Jessica Smith's Flat Abs at Home & 20 Grasshoppers.

Tuesday: Tone It Ups Malibooty W/O & a 1:01 plank.

Wednesday: walked a total of 3 miles.

Thursday: Tone It Ups Sunkissed Abs W/O

Friday: I'll be honest & say that I didn't workout. But, I did go to the grocery store. So it was kind of an active rest day.

Saturday: Started the first day of June with Jessica Smith's Cardio Kickboking Ab routine & Tone it Ups Sunkissed Abs.

Sunday: 20 minute morning walk with a sprint to the finish! Plus, Time it Ups Sunset Abs routine & an after dinner walk with some periods of sprinting.

I did my best this week, & that's what matters! I'm loving the results that I'm getting & I'm becoming so much more confident! Plus, I have sooo much energy! To be honest, I don't know what to do with it all.
