Hey Guys! How was everyone's week?
It's that time again. Ya know, where I tell you all the workouts I did this week. So, here goes (:
Monday: Mailibooty 2x along with 70 squats. Yeah, my legs were on fiyah!
Tuesday: Sunseeker 2x Sunset Abs 1x (3 total rounds in the video) & 75 squats. Let me tell ya, those two routine, they're killer!
Wednesday: Malibooty 1x & Thailand Tush 2x. Oh my gosh, Thai Tush totally kills. My Buns were Burnin'!
Thursday: Ah, Thursday. No workouts today. Went fishing with that fam. Rented a boat and got burnt on my left shoulder. Not fun. At all.
Friday: Again, no workout :( Went to the store. My burn started to really bother me.
Saturday: Went to the gym & walked/ran 2.13 miles!
Sunday: Gonna try to get to the gym again, & get some workouts in! Feeling sluggish & I don't like it.
All these workouts are from Tone It Up.
