Fitness Journal time

Hey guys,
It's that time again & I'm just gonna jump right in (:

Monday: I did Thailand Tush 1x & Malibooty 1x

Tuesday: I really killed it. St. Topez 1x Sunkissed 1x & Abs on fire 1x.

Wednesday: ah, here comes the sudden decline. I was only able to fit in the Summer Slim workout 1x

Thursday: I did two routines by Jessica Smith. Standing abs & Cardio KickBoxing Abs. Plus went downtown & played catch with my brother before the fireworks started.

Friday: active rest day. Went to the store.

Saturday: walked 0.89 miles. Turned out to be an active rest day, again..

Sunday: Sunday Runday! Well, walkday. Walked at a brisk pace for 1.73 miles (:

Thoughts on this week:
This wasn't my best week. I had a lot of slip ups, & days where I didn't really workout. I woke up really late everyday this week as well. But, I did manage to stay away from late night snacking for the majority of the week. Which is good. I kinda pigged out tonight, not a good idea, but YOLO right? Haha

Goals for this coming week:
Wake up at 8:00 everyday.
Workout everyday.
No late night snacking.
Walk at least 1 to 2 miles every other day.
Stay positive.
Don't give up!

Now it's time to plan next weeks workouts & then hit the sack (:
