Hey everyone.
So, on Tuesday I went & filled out a few job application. Like, I actually went to the store & physically filled out an application & gave it to an actual person. I did this at 3 different places. I've filled out applications at quite a few places in the past few months, but haven't heard a thing back from anyone. I've got my fingers crossed that when I call these places tomorrow, they'll have good news for me. Because having filled out so many, & not being hired is getting to be a bit disappointing.
I've been searching & applying since mid March and still, nothing. If it weren't for the fact that I'm 18 & graduated, I wouldn't even bother; but I have so much that I need to save money for. So I have to keep looking and pray that I get a job somewhere & soon.
Oh, I almost forgot. I also applied at 3 different Starbucks in my area. I was looking around at their website & it seems like an awesome place to work. Plus, they don't require you to have any past experience! How cool is that?! I actually really love to get the job at Starbucks. Out of all the places I've applied at, this seems to be like it'll be the best one. If I get this one, I'd be so happy. I've been praying since I've filled out the applications for it, that I'd be able to get the job. I'll keep praying until I do. I'll be calling them tomorrow, and I hoping & praying that I get the job at one of the locations.
I know exactly what you mean...I have to go back to a place I applied to awhile back and reapply. I got the job last time but they wouldn't work with my schedule. I've got to try again...God says so. Not looking forward to it because they're a bunch of jerks but what God says goes. I hope you get in somewhere!! My sister's boyfriend works for Starbucks and loves it.
